- Financial Information: Bank account details, salary information, and expense-related data provided by clients to facilitate payroll processing, expense reimbursements, and salary advances.
- Transactional Data: Details related to salary advances, including amounts disbursed, processing fees (5% on disbursed amounts), and repayment schedules.
1.2. Technical Data
- Usage Data: Information about how clients’ employees and administrators interact with our software platform, including login details, IP addresses, and system usage logs.
- Integration Data: Technical information provided by clients to integrate our software platform with their existing systems.

- Proprietary or sensitive business information shared by clients during the integration, operation, or maintenance of our software platform.

- Provide Services: Operate and maintain our expense management and payroll software to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and expense reimbursements as per our clients’ requirements.
- Facilitate Salary Advances: Process salary advance requests for clients’ employees, including applying the 5% processing fee and ensuring secure and timely disbursement.
- Ensure System Functionality: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the security and performance of our software platform.
